Organisational Structure
About Us

The ELCT administrative departments consist of 7. units which include, Student Affairs Unit, Training Unit, Counseling Unit, Finance Unit, ICT unit, Asset Unit and Infrastructure Development Unit. These units form the backbone of the administration of the institute and provide support services to all the staff of ELTC.

Objectives
To ensure administrative & services as well as physical development of ELTC for efficient, systematic & effective management.

  To ensure proper and control management of finance with integrity.

  To coordinate all programmes/courses planned by ELTC.

  To coordinate all official events at ELTC.

  To coordinate & manage all courses participants.

  To manage assessment & evaluation of all in service staff.

  To plan, coordinate & carry out counseling activities/programmes.

 
Student Affairs Unit
To manage course registration data of participant for hostel accommodation.

  To coordinate the attendance and allowance of the KSPK course participants.

  To plan, coordinate & improve hostel management.

 
Training Unit
To coordinate all courses as planned by departments.

  To promote all available courses.

  To coordinate courses, workshop and seminars with other agency.

  To coordinate all internal & external communication required with national/international agency for all courses.

 
Counseling Unit

To provide counseling, consultation and mediator services to all ELTC staff.

  To plan & coordinate counseling programmes for the purpose of development.

  To conduct research & development in counseling based on current needs so as to improve counseling services.

 
Finance Unit

To ensure proper and control management of finance with integrity.

  To ensure proper financial management.

  To ensure all finance procedure & guidelines are adhere to closely.

 
ICT unit

To manage networking services.

  To manage all ICT hardwares/softwares as well as the ICT lab.

  To coordinate & manage all e-government services within the institution.

  To provide ICT helpdesk services for all ELTC staff.

  To coordinate & manage the ELTC web portal.

 
Asset Unit

To coordinate and manage store and assets as well as verify all MOE stocks.

  To obtain approval from Treasury for lost and dispose asset in ELTC.

 
Finance Unit

To plan infrastructure development programmes.

  To manage infrastructure development processes.

  To coordinate the maintenance of the infrastructure and all ELTC vehicles.
