The
Research and Development, Documentation and
Publication Department seeks to establish
and enhance ELTC as an innovative and dynamic
centre for the development of ELT by advancing
the frontiers of knowledge on ELT through
research, resulting in pedagogical and technological
innovations which enhance the quality of English
Language teaching in the country.
The ELTC Training Portal will serve as the
gateway through which the Department introduces
its multifarious and leading-edge research
and development activities to both the national
and international ELT academic community and
government for potential collaborations purposes.
